On a very serious note, most of you have heard about the tragic death of Maria Chapman. Maria is the daughter of Contemporary-Christian artist, Steven Curtis Chapman. She was struck by an SUV driven by her older brother, in the driveway of Chapman’s Tennessee home. Please visit this family’s personal blog to leave your condolences.

Father, sometimes it is hard to understand why circumstances are the way they are. In difficult times like this, help the Chapman family take up their shield of faith…. May they find comfort in the prayers of their family and loved ones.
Your family has been such an insiration to our family. We also have 2 biological children and have adopted 4 children. It is a blessing to listen to the word of God through song, and see it lived out in your lives. May God carry you guys through and give you grace for this sad time…
